THE TRANSFORMED
DISCIPLES AND THEIR MARVELOUS DEEDS, THE MIRACLES THEY PERFORMED WHICH TURNED
THE WORLD UPSIDE DOWN IS THE TESTIMONY OF CHRIST’S RESURRECTION (RESTORED TO
LIFE AGAIN) JUST AS CHRIST SAID MANY TIMES BEFORE CRUCIFIXION.
Of the many events of
the earthly life of JESUS CHRIST, the most significant without doubt are HIS
death and resurrection.
On these two pivotal
historical incidents rests the validity of the entire Christian faith. It is
vital to understand the nature of these two events. The death of CHRIST was
first of all a humiliating physical death. More than that, for a brief time it
constituted a spiritual separation from GOD. Within this moment there occurred
the inexplicable mystery of the FATHER punishing the SON for the sins of the
world. This event, though it seems the greatest crime of human history, was in
the plan of GOD, and thus became the basis of salvation for sinners.
The power of the death
of CHRIST would be nullified without HIS bodily resurrection. The resurrection demonstrated that HIS death,
by which believing sinners are justified, was valid. While skeptics have denied
the bodily resurrection of CHRIST, the historical evidence for it is
overwhelming.
The many separate accounts of post-resurrection appearances,
the empty tomb, and the transformed disciples. The disciples shook the world
with their works and miracles. They did amazing things just as JESUS said that
they would do even greater works than HIM after HIS ascension to heaven. One
should read Acts chapter from the Holy Bible to know about these. Every life
that has been dramatically and wonderfully changed by believing in CHRIST since
the first century is a testimony to its historical reality. Even today, we see amazing things
happening when people of GOD command in the name of JESUS of Nazareth. People
have seen unheard miracles like limbs growing on handicapped persons, vision
restored to those who are blind by birth, creative miracles like new heart, new
liver, new uterus where the uterus is removed and child birth is not possible, sickness
leaving the body, death being suspended and person revived, dead bodies quickened
again to life, and circumstances being changed, nature also hearing the voice
of GOD’s children when commanded. Commanding is the characteristic of GOD. Any
sickness, poverty, infirmity, sin, problem is from satan/ devil who is
adversary for GOD’s good things and particularly GOD’s highest and special
creation – human.
Satan is full of envy
for this special being because GOD threw satan (also known as the devil, also
known as the fallen angel and its follower angels) out of heaven for being
haughty and jealous of GOD for GOD’S supremacy. GOD vowed to fill this place
with transformed and tested humans who will all resemble GOD and HIS likeness
with the same glory and power. Satan will be soon thrown into the fiery flames
of eternal fire, before that he desires to accomplish his work of not letting
people know the reality and the truth so that they will also be condemned like
him. Satan has twisted, copied and imitated many of GOD’S ways but ultimately
there is no completeness and truth. Many questions like what, why, where, when
have left the world perplexed.
Satan can also do
miracles as it was a powerful angel earlier (created by GOD) and GOD had not taken back its
powers. The imitated miracles of satan
may blind or lead many to deception but cannot outrun GOD’s magnificent works
and miracles, made vivid through children of GOD. There is a line drawn beyond which satan cannot
cross, it has limitations set by GOD. It cannot even touch GOD’s children,
except try to deceive them. GOD chose an astounding and implausible way to
punish satan through HIS only SON JESUS CHRIST WHO openly shamed satan, and
showed HIS unfathomable love for HIS special creation by HIS eternal sacrifice. Satan always would like to make a person feel
guilty of his/ her sins and hence can stop the person from approaching GOD in
his own guilt. But GOD knows that it is impossible for man to meet GOD’s
standards and hence sin remains even if he is going to sacrifice earth full of
animals. GOD takes account of the intents of the hearts of men which is always
full of envy and pride and other ungodly characters, and does not judge by the outward
deeds of a person.
Only the pure and
holy blood of a man bearing GODLINESS – CHARACTERS OF GOD can remove
the sin, in fact the entire sin of this world. Only JESUS has these
characteristics as HE is born to a virgin by name Mary through HOLY SPIRIT. He is
a human (seed of man), born of a woman and yet HE is GOD perfectly suiting the requirement. Whoever believes that JESUS
is GOD and that HE will save them from their sins to salvation, will be saved
and they pass from death to life. The first death is not the real death. There
is a second death for those that do not believe JESUS as the CHRIST, they do
not pass into life but they face the judgment and are condemned to punishment
in hell for all their works and sins. But whoever believes that JESUS is the way
to heaven, the truth and the life, they do not have the second death, they pass
into eternal life. The Bible has many amazing things and hidden mysteries, if sought
diligently, are revealed by the HOLY SPIRIT.
Furthermore, it is the
power of resurrection that marvelously empowers to live the Christian life
eagerly waiting for the coming of JESUS CHRIST, as KING. The world further more
will face a copy cat of JESUS CHRIST – who will do wonders and deceive many
that he is the CHRIST. But he is the Anti Christ who will act as the real
CHRIST doing many wonders and miracles and deceiving even some members of the
church, but then he will torture people as his intention is different. For this
reason, the world is moving towards globalization. The idea of one government
will reign leading to single government across the globe to make business and
trade flourish across the borders of all countries and relaxation of rules. One
religion, oneness and one government will come. This anti-Christ will rule for
some time before he is bound by the real true King JESUS CHRIST when HE returns
to judge the world and also anti-Christ. Beware and repent and accept JESUS as
your true savior and be saved.
