You have heard that GOD loves you. But is it true and do you
believe it? What is the truth about GOD adopting HIS loved ones as HIS adopted
sons and daughters…?
It most definitely is true. In fact, HE loves us so much
that for a time, HE gave up what was (most) dearest to HIM - HIS only begotten
SON (JESUS).
How is it possible for GOD to have a “SON” in this world?
THE MOST HIGH GOD is a supreme glorified being, how can HE have a SON in flesh?
The glory that we have in our flesh is very inferior because of sin and
infirmities. Even though GOD first created man in glory (not equal to GOD’S
glory), man lost that due to sin and rebellion against GOD’S nature.
GOD always looks at the intentions of man’s heart and not
his works, and HE stated that they were always full of lust and sin, HE
couldn’t find even a single person who could be termed righteous and holy,
because from the birth as a child the child begins to tell lies, and by the
time the child becomes man, he is full of envy, hatred, selfishness, rivalry,
blaming, sinful desires, pride, self righteousness, intolerant, unforgiving and
etc etc.
The wages of sin is death. So every person for every sinful
thought should be punished, which means every person has to bear his/her own
sins and his/her own iniquities and die. Death is disconnection from life. GOD
is life so it means losing GOD for eternity and enduring eternal punishment and
torment. This punishment can be evaded only if a righteous person in flesh (who
is righteous as per the standard of GOD’S righteousness), can take the
punishment and shed his blood for the redemption of sins of mankind. If the
person is righteous, he cannot be punished. But if the righteous person takes
upon him the guilt of sin and get punished, his blood will be so powerful
because it is pure and holy, and that it can set free the entire mankind from
guilt of sin. Sin entered through one man Adam-the first man created by GOD, such
that the whole mankind got polluted and hence sin can be removed by one
righteous man.
GOD doesn’t find anyone
righteous like HIM, long suffering and full of mercy like HIM. HE planned much
earlier even before HE created mankind, because HE knows the past, the present
and the future, HE knew that no person could be holy and righteous enough to
take the challenge, so HE planned to take up the punishment HIMSELF, because HE
could not see HIS creation perish. HE loved man and did not find any pleasure
losing man to death, so HE made a way to save them.
To save this world, HE has to send HIMSELF down because a
person bearing righteousness equal to HIS righteousness is not found. So how
did HE send HIMSELF down?
JESUS was with GOD so perfect in everything, HE existed in
the bosom of the FATHER, THE MOST HIGH GOD from the beginning. HE is most dear
to THE MOST HIGH GOD because HE is full of grace, compassion and mercy; HE is part
of THE GODHEAD. So THE MOST HIGH GOD sends HIM down into the womb of a holy
virgin named “Mary” who knew no man, who gets pregnant by the overshadowing of
THE HOLY SPIRIT. So JESUS is born of a woman, in flesh as a human being. Like
this JESUS becomes “SON” to HIS heavenly FATHER who bore HIM. JESUS had to pay
a heavier price for coming down; HE had to keep aside HIS divinity and GODSHIP.
HE cannot use them here on earth; HE has to gain power from GOD by HIS own
human means. So JESUS came down as a lowly mortal being, with all the
temptations and cares in this world.
JESUS offered HIS life as a penalty for the punishment we
sinners deserve. JESUS died in our place on a cross 2000 years ago and then
defeated death, rising to life on the third day. We can escape hell and receive
heaven via GOD’S free gift of forgiveness and eternal life. The Bible states,
“For GOD so loved the world that HE gave HIS one and only SON, that whoever
believes in HIM shall not perish but have eternal life”.
JESUS said “I AM the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one
comes to the FATHER except through ME”. HE
clearly and so plainly stated that there is no other way except through HIM. HE
knew that there will be many deceptions and doctrines in this world. So do not
be deceived, trust this SAVIOR who came down to give HIS life a ransom to
whoever believes on HIM and follows HIM. JESUS clearly stated “Very
truly I tell you; whoever hears my word and believes HIM who sent ME has
eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.”
We have all sinned (lied, stolen, lusted, used GOD’S name as
a curse word or as a vain word many times, etc….) so we are all guilty of sin
against GOD. So first we should admit
that we are sinners, and then we should ask GOD to forgive us.
Accept and believe what JESUS has done for you and start
following HIM. Once we accept the truth, we are accepted of the FATHER too into
HIS heavenly kingdom. And we are treated as righteous people – bearing GOD’S
righteousness within us, because heavenly FATHER looks at JESUS whenever HE
looks at us, who paid the penalty for all of us. Now we are free from penalty
and punishment. And can you imagine the gift for believing on JESUS? The first
and foremost greatest gift is the gift of eternal life – living with GOD. Then
the second gift is to be called HIS sons and daughters. We become HIS adopted
sons and daughters, thus making us legal heirs to HIS kingdom. Even in this
world, an adopted child has legal rights as the heir because the child has been
adopted legally and hence the adopter will have more legal responsibility which
came with the adoption process. And so, now we have the privilege of calling
ALMIGHTY GOD as “FATHER” each time we pray or talk to HIM just as JESUS called
HIM. JESUS being the first-born (because HE was born in flesh and blood by the
HOLY SPIRIT) to the FATHER, then, we, being adopted sons and daughters are all
partakers of the glorious calling of the kingdom of GOD.
How can anyone imagine missing out on such glorious calling?
All this sounds amazing but this is true and GOD made this all to be preserved
in HIS HOLY Scriptures written by HIS prophets inspired by divine calling, to
be revealed to those who search for the truth with great fervor.
Finally I conclude saying the wisdom of GOD predicted long
time ago, how the gospel of the cross will be taken lightly and even counted
foolish by this world…for GOD says that HE chose the foolishness to confound
the wise. Many people of today always look for scientific explanations and
logical reasoning and fail to see the greatness of GOD and the mercy and love
of GOD in all the things HE made for man out of love for him. They fail to
understand the manifold wisdom of GOD and reject wonders and miracles that
manifest GOD’S work in them. The Bible says…

God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak
things of the world to shame the strong.
Brothers and Sisters, if you are shaken and
would like to repent for your sins and accept JESUS as your personal savior, so
that your eternal life is preserved, connect with any good believer who will
guide you to a good Church, but please pray that GOD should lead you to the
right person and lead you to the right Church so that you can experience the
